In terms of design your technical expertise lies in mid to high rise projects where you can proudly say that you have worked on some Landmark projects be that in Australia or combined with overseas structures. You have worked on some serious MegaStructures and have no doubt that you are a technical expert in the areas of large-scale structural design.
Whilst you are proud of the fact that you work at a first tier and they treat you well you know that you're next step is to move to a mid-tier that can accommodate you ambitions.
A reputable second tier will fully absorb your technical expertise as they compete favourably with the first tier consultancies on mid to high rise structural projects. Whilst you may have networks in the field you're not expected to business develop. Primarily you will take on a highly likeable and well-structured team with a purpose of growing it by 35% in the next forecasted year. They are fortunate to have gained some of the well-known structures from first tier developers in the last 10 years. Their pedigree speaks for itself but can be accredited to highly impressive directors who equally started their career in a first tier global and have created an amazing place to work.
